I'm on the fence, of course, a colon cleanse - I personally tested see a line (link below) and I think it was great for me. I lost weight and feel of a health need. On the other hand, I have a friend who says that not to influence. I think it's really a personal matter and something that should be attempted, even to decide for themselves, I suppose.

Intestinal cleansing is a lie, what they always have John Wayne and his 40 kilos of manure and Elvis and his meal points. It is a lie. If you are a semi-regular is all you need. Sometimes sticking some pieces in May, but the cleaning is not taken too seriously
